Cheese Grits

1 1/2 cups Grits

2 tsp salt

6 cups Boiling water

1 1/2 sticks butter

1 lb. Velveeta cheese

2 tsp season salt (or garlic salt)

3 eggs, well beaten

1 tsp Scoville Brothers Rockin’ Red hot sauce

Cook grits in water with salt and hot sauce. Add cheese and butter. Add season salt (or garlic) and eggs

Pour into greased 2 qt dish. Bake 1 hour at 350°F.
